I am so pleased to announce that I will be joining Stephanie Tran in opening a nurse practitioner clinic on April 1, 2024. We have been working very hard to bring this dream to life and will be continuing to work to get credentialed and in network with most major medical coverage plans and insurances. Good afternoon! Due to unforseen circumstances, that out of our control, we will be temporarily moving clinic to the professional building next door to The Medical Center of Southeast, located at 2501 Jimmy Johnson BLVD STE.405 Port Arthur, TX 77640. There are urgent renovations required at the Port Neches Primary Care location that would be better completed in our absence. For those who are are already familiar with this address, this temporary location will be on the 4th Floor across from elevators. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this transition and look forward to continuing to provide you with the best health care possible.

There should be no interruption in medication refills or the fax, as this is all managed through the electronic medical record (EMR). The EMR is portable and will be available at any location where we practice or see patience. Thank you again!

This is a public service announcement. Parents, please educate your children, including young teens, about the dangers of being solicitated for r**e. This happened right here in Southeast Texas. This man used his position as a carnival ride attendant to prey on and r**e very young girls. Over the course of a week, he was able to lure girls away from their groups, and r**e them. If you suspect or if your child claims they have been contacted, or worse, r**ed by a carnival ride attendant recently, please reach out to the Garth House and the authorities in the jurisdiction where the attack occurred. There is fear that there are other victims, in other jurisdictions outside of Nederland where these two ( and from what I have been informed of, possibly up to a total of 4) violent attacks occurred. Keep in mind these attacks are suspected to have occurred during the week of the Heritage Festival, and very near the festival location.

We're learning about an additional allegation against a carnival ride operator who's in the Jefferson County Jail, accused of a s*x crime against a child.
