We are a yoga studio that has helped hundreds of people lower their stress and here is how we would structure our week if we wanted to calm our nervous system:
Monday- yin yoga, something to look forward to after a hectic Monday
Tuesday- Flow, move that stress out of your body and focus on your breath
Wednesday- Fire flow 🔥 turn up the heat and let those endorphins increase
Thursday- Rest 😌
Friday- Whatever feels good, hiking, yoga, dancing, walking
Saturday- Fire flow or Gentle, listen to your body
Sunday- Rest
