You’re not broken; you’re a part of the ever‐changing nature of Life. Ever‐changing, ever‐changing, ever‐changing. Change is your natural state. The rose knows that you were never meant to stay the same – to be one single shape, size, or way. You’re not normal, and that’s normal. You’re always becoming more and more of who you truly are.

Healing is happening every moment of every day. You’re returning to your true state every moment of every day. Call in your support team of people who can hold you in that. Who can trust in the grace of your natural state. A true healer knows that they’re not the one doing the healing; rather, they’re holding the vision of the return to wholeness. Knowing that wholeness isn’t a stagnant state.

When you embrace all parts of life – from the ecstasy to the agony, the joy to the grief, the bloom to the fall, the bud to the rose hip – you’ll realize that healing is always happening, and Life is on your side. No one is immune to the polarity of this human experience: the only way through it is to embrace all parts of it. The light and the shadow. And as any healer or initiate knows, the only way to the light is to embrace the shadow within. The shadow, and sometimes the pain, is a portal to your liberation.

You’re not broken. You’re healing; healing is happening; trust in the timing of Life.

✨Blessed Imbolc, friends ✨

Today we honor the quiet return of the sun and the first whispers of spring. Imbolc, celebrated around February 1–2, is a sacred turning point on the Wheel of the Year, a time of renewal, purification, and gentle awakening. It reminds us that even in the heart of winter, the light is growing and new life is stirring beneath the surface.

This morning I sat down with my journal, a warm cup of coffee in my hands, and lit my candle. I honored its flame as a symbol of hope, clarity, and inspiration, and I set intentions for what I want to nurture in the coming season. I’m welcoming brighter mornings, later nights, and the slow return of warmth and possibility.

May this Imbolc invite you to tend to your inner spark, dream a little bigger, and trust what is beginning to grow.

If you are trying to force a plan into action, the angelic guidance is to back down and trust in the greater good. Often when something isn’t happening for us, we’re frustrated, but that’s only because we don’t see that our “perfect plan” is unfolding. When your ideas or plans go wrong, trust that the universe has a greater plan for you. ✨Look on the bright side ✨

Last night I gathered with my tribe, lovingly named “The Collective”. We shared a meal, held space for one another, and celebrated the first full moon of 2026 together.

There was laughter, singing, dancing… and yes, a little beautiful chaos. So many conversations happening at once, so many cups of coffee poured, so many hugs and so much love exchanged. Not long ago, some of us were complete strangers. Our shared love of all things woo-woo, healing, nature, and lifting others up brought us together, but it’s the deep, growing sisterhood that keeps us connected.

Our table keeps expanding. Seats are always being added. The bond grows stronger with each gathering. There’s something sacred about a space where you can excitedly say “me too” and know your feelings will be met with understanding, not judgment.

As we move into 2026, I invite you to look on the bright side. Step outside your comfort zone. Say yes to the places, people, and experiences that light you up. Go where your soul feels alive. Your tribe is out there, waiting for you. 🌙✨

📖Closing One Chapter. Opening a New One📖

Tonight, we pause at the threshold.
A moment between what has been and what is becoming.

The year behind us taught us things we didn’t know we needed to learn.
It cleared space, strengthened roots, and gently (or not so gently) showed us what no longer belongs.

As the new year opens, set your intention like a candle flame, steady, hopeful, and full of possibility. You don’t have to rush forward. You only have to step in with honesty, courage, and trust.

May the next chapter be softer where it needs to be, stronger where it matters, and aligned with the life you are consciously creating.

You are being guided to let go of the need to be right or to prove your point. If you are falling into old limitations or old ways or being, then the only person who is going to be stuck is you, and the Universe wants you to be free.
