Holy Yoga Series: Gospel Meditations to unburden your anxious soul

Inspired by the beautiful Ruth Chou Simons devotional.

For the next 3 months, consider joining us on this spiritual pilgrimage for body, mind and soul. Classes will include Slow Flow Yoga and Biblical Meditations. Come weekly or choose the days and times that work for you.

🥬 Detox Testimonials 🥬

I have done this detox 4 times, and EVERY time I learn something new about what helps my body to thrive and what doesn't. I always deflate, and lose 10-15 pounds and this shows me that I am mildly or maybe not so mildly allergic to many of the foods that I like to eat. 😉 But more than number on the scale I FEEL 100% better. Aches and pains disappear, mental clarity improves, energy increases. It's a challenge, but I know my body is begging me for it whenever January rolls back around...

I did the Detox Series, and at first I was wondering what did I get myself into! Lol, but I stayed the course! I'm glad I did, I noticed right away that my stomach was flatter, I felt less puffy, my joints quit hurting and before I knew it I had lost 14 pounds! Some days weren't easy but Val is so positive, inspirational and very knowledgeable about the process. I even brought healthy snacks to a Super Bowl Party and now I'm definitely making better choices as I revert back to "normal life."

It's December 1st. That means there is only 30 more days left of 2025! What a trip. We detoxers have started off our new year strong every January for the past 3 years! That is something to be SO proud of.

How do we detox? I'm so glad you asked!

The biggest and most noticeable tool we use for detoxification is through our food and drink. Letting go of what is making us unwell and replacing it with nutrients that regenerate the body on a cellular level. It is SO much fun to witness the difference that only one week can make. You will learn something new about your own body and health every single year that you take this journey.

The second and most interesting element we use for detox is a weekly infrared sauna session. Infrared light is the deepest penetrating light on the light spectrum and the rays reach into fat layers and organs to release harmful chemicals, pesticides and metabolic waste that is wreaking havoc on your systems. Releasing these toxins can change your energy, your moods, your mental focus and will help regenerate and heal you in SO many ways.

The most enjoyable part of our detox is our weekly slow flow yoga classes with meditations and music that help you prioritize peace and your own healing while encouraging you on your healthy journey. The biggest obstacle to complete a detox is our mental state that can keep us bound to addictions and old habits. We aim to set ourselves free from addictions and carve out new paths that bring us better quality of life. It is 99% easier to accomplish health goals when you are doing it with friends for some accountability.

The people who commit to this detox lose an average of 15-20 pounds in only one month but we don't do it just for the numbers on the scale. We do it for the healing! Aches and pains disappear, tired and lethargic energy is turned into a clear headed stamina. Getting control over inflammation changes so much about how you feel AND how you look.
