"The Way of the Wildflower" 🌸
Holy Yoga Series: Gospel Meditations to unburden your anxious soul
Inspired by the beautiful Ruth Chou Simons devotional.
For the next 3 months, consider joining us on this spiritual pilgrimage for body, mind and soul. Classes will include Slow Flow Yoga and Biblical Meditations. Come weekly or choose the days and times that work for you.
🌸Mondays:
🌷9am-60 Minute Class
🪷6pm-Evening Class includes hot soak or infrared sauna sessions bookable before or after class (5:30-7:30pm)

We can learn from the Wildflowers; their way of Dependancy, Freedom and Resilience...Unhurried Beauty and Belovedness.
"Wildflowers are entirely dependent on their Creator. His timing, the rainfall he allows. The seasons he has ordained, and the ecosystem he has placed them in. Whether in the mountains or along country road, wildflowers don't have landscapers tending to them. They aren't fed fertilizers or promised daily watering on a timer. They are made to depend on the Master Gardener. Wildflowers are dependent on what they're given and when the Maker chooses to give them what they need. Oh to be like the Wildflower-dependent and surrendered, not demanding a specific storyline, a certain season, or a more ideal circumstance. But to truly bloom where we've been planted....What freedom to depend on Him."
