Happy Thanksgiving🦃!

As you get ready to celebrate the holiday with family and delicious food we have a few simple tips to help avoid inflammation and pain flare-ups during the holiday.

✨ Start with hydration – Drink a glass of water in the morning to help reduce joint stiffness.
✨ Don’t skip breakfast – A small, healthy meal can help prevent overeating later.
✨ Fill your plate with color – Veggies, greens, turkey, and sweet potatoes support an anti-inflammatory diet.
✨ Watch portion sizes – Especially sweets, fried foods, and heavy carbs which can trigger inflammation.
✨ Take a short walk after eating – Even 10–15 minutes helps with digestion and reduces inflammation.
✨ Stretch and avoid long periods of sitting – Keep joints and nerves moving comfortably.
✨ Get good sleep – It’s one of the best tools for preventing inflammation.
