We want to congratulate Mrs. Linda Eckert on the incredible progress she has made with our therapy team at Sun Harbor Healthcare.

Mrs. Eckert admitted to us approximately 2 months ago following hospitalization. Prior to her stay at the hospital, Mrs. Eckert was living at home with her husband and was independent with self-care and mobility.

Upon admission to Sun Harbor, Mrs. Eckert was weak and fatigued quickly with activity. She depended on staff for tasks such as bathing, dressing, moving in bed, and standing. She was also unable to walk.

After receiving nursing care and participating in physical and occupational therapy, Mrs. Eckert was able to return home with her husband. She progressed to walking household distances and completing all self-care and mobility without physical assistance.

Congratulations Mrs. Eckert! Your progress has truly been remarkable! Thanks for choosing Sun Harbor Healthcare to be part of your journey. We wish you the best of luck!
