Ball and Valente welcome you to our Southwest Florida Pain Center Facebook. Advanced treatments for back and neck pain include spinal cord stimulation, radiofrequency ablation, disc stimulation, ultrasound guided and fluoroscopy guided injections including epidural steroid injections. We are pleased to introduce Dr. Michael Rozak who is dual board certified in Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation to the Southwest Florida Pain Center Team!

Dr. Rozak specializes in the management of acute and chronic spine and musculoskeletal disorders with a comprehensive treatment approach. His procedure experience includes spinal cord stimulation, vertebral augmentation, minimally invasive lumbar decompression, sacroiliac joint fusions, Orthobiologics (i.e., PRP), peripheral nerve stimulation, epidurals, joint injections, radio frequency ablation, botox, and much more.

Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Rozak enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, watching and playing sports, exploring the Southwest Florida area for activities, and trivia.
