Sessions done from a distance during this pandemic to maintain the health of all of us. Sessions run $40, and a session length is as long as your body needs. I offer sessions for our animal counterparts as well. Animal sessions begin at $30 and are done as a distance session. I offer packages and gift certificates are available. They say what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger. They don't mention the parts of you that die along the way of rebuilding your strength. And that losing parts of what you knew and once accepted, can be so difficult.
But, it's worth the struggle. Really.
