Hey there, it's Anton, your Fatherhood Director, here at Ottawa County Pregnancy Services. My role at the center is to “help the men and fathers of Ottawa County build a strong biblical foundation, to gain and sharpen the tools they need to become the men and fathers that God has called them to be”. This is accomplished here at the center through 1 on 1 sessions, group discussions, and (coming soon), group workshops! We desire to be a place where families can grow together in the peace and love that only God can offer. Also, I wanted to share some exciting things that will be happening soon at our center. Starting this month, we will be introducing our “First time dad survival packs”!
These packs are for First time dad’s or single dad’s who come in for classes. Let's face it, no dad likes lugging around mom's diaper bag. It takes away any cool points or macho-ness we think we have! Well, that's where our survival packs come in.
These will be dads version of a diaper bag, but in backpack style. It will have some key essentials that every dad needs to be successful, when they are on the go with their little one. These will be a huge blessing to those who receive them! If you would, please do us the honor and partner with us to make this a continued resource for the fathers and families of Ottawa County!
