Quick lunch while babe is happily in his highchair... quick ā€œquesadillaā€ using mashed avocado, mashed pinto beans, corn, left over sautĆ©ed mushrooms and some salt/pepper/chili/onion seasonings. Toss in the pan to heat through and enjoy as is or with some salsa!

A peek at tomorrow’s lunch!! Yes, I’m already excited to eat it 🤤 a wrap with all the goodies: homemade hummus, šŸ„‘, šŸ„’, basil, 🄬 and some S&P. For your week ahead meal prep inspo... overnight oats! In this batch I used 1/2 C. oats and 1T h**p seeds, filled up with almond milk and then mixed in about 1 nectarine chopped and a smidge of honey. So yummy and super easy to throw together. I like to top mine with a good glob of nut butter 🤤

Part of my is making a few snack boxes! Today we have organic cherries, sapphire grapes and walnuts. Ever since the baby I crave sugar. Having whole fruits at the ready can help deter from less healthy sugar sources. The walnuts add healthy fats to help balance it all out.

The ultimate family-friendly food. Baby B ate one with a thin layer of peanut butter. Mama ate 3 with a not-so-thin layer of peanut butter! Along side a pile of fresh organic bluebs and maybe a scrambled pastured egg, if that floats your boat, you have a solid breakfast that is quick to whip up.

Hormonal health is so important. While birth control has given women so much freedom and choice, it’s important to be real about its purpose and its side effects. I’ve had my fair share of these symptoms and I know many other women who have too. Knowing that it’s not just the way you are and there are things you can do to help find your balance is empowering and important not only for hormonal health but mental health as well.
