We sadly announce the passing of Rudolph E. Waters, Jr., 63, who passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2025 in Greenville, MS. He is the son of the late Dr. Rudolph E. Waters, Sr. and Dr. Kathleen Waters; the proud father of a daughter, Arielle, and three sons: Arrington, Ashton, and Rudolph, III.; grandfather of three; and brother of Veronica Waters Becton.
