Gyro without the pita!
My favorite part of making Gyros is making the Tzatziki sauce.
Making food is a lot of fun and it really opens up my creativity. Even if I follow a recipe I never make the same dish twice I swear lol.
It’s just fun to try things and learn.
Look up “gyro meat on parchment paper” to see how I made the lamb so thin like it’s cut off of a spit.
