Healthy relationships play a powerful role in our mental well-being — not just romantic ones, but friendships, family connections, and the relationships we build with ourselves.

In this Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies episode, we explore how healthy communication, boundaries, and connection can support emotional wellness and resilience. The conversation highlights why relationships matter for mental health and how small, intentional efforts can strengthen the connections that support us.
