Athletes may compete on the world stage, but they’re still human first. With Olympic athlete stories front and center right now, it’s an important reminder that performance, pressure, and public expectations can take a real toll on mental health.

Shout-out to Mental Health Coalition for highlighting that you can be both an athlete AND a whole person!

In honor of Black History Month, we’re proud to share this article in The Keel PH, highlighting hope, healing, and mental health for all.

This piece reflects on the impact of stigma, the importance of equitable and culturally responsive care, and the legacy of advocates who have helped bring mental health conversations into the light.

Black Americans have played a vital role in shaping the landscape of mental health awareness and advocacy in this country. Their stories remind us that courage and compassion are indispensable in the ongoing effort to dismantle stigma and expand access to care.

Today we’re celebrating Valentine’s Day and Heart Health Month! A friendly reminder to care for your heart in every way - the one that keeps you going and the one that helps you show kindness, compassion, and love to others.

Taking care of your mental health, physical health, and emotional well-being all go hand in hand. Be kind to your heart today… and maybe share a little extra kindness with someone else while you’re at it. 💕

This morning, our staffing recruiter Sarah Conant had the pleasure of attending the College and Career Fair at Memphis Junior/Senior High School.

She enjoyed connecting with students, sharing career advice, and discussing the many opportunities available as they plan their next steps after graduation. We love being part of events that support and inspire the next generation of talent.

Thank you to Memphis Junior/Senior High School for having us.
