Coming off a weekend of Brian’s birthday celebrations with plenty of sweet treats, I can feel the inflammation in my body. Getting back on track can be hard. Stick to protein, drink more water, get your steps in and prioritize sleep. Also I got an energy boost IV and used some sugar control ear seeds to get the boost I needed.
