Join Licensed Massage Therapist Krista Ward on Wednesday, March 25, from 6 - 7 p.m. at the Port Huron/Main Library for a gong immersion meditation session. Reduce your stress and anxiety in this immersive sound experience. Bring your mat, pillows, blankets, and bolster cushions for comfort. Each session uses a different type of gong. The session will last roughly 30 minutes and include questions and conversation afterward.
