We are offering a special on virtual Functional Medicine only visits. We are offering new functional medicine visits for only $250 or follow ups for $150. This discount will only be available through Tuesday January 20th. This is a great first step towards getting to the bottom of your symptoms and helping you meet your health goals.

We use a variety of labs, from stool testing to check your microbiome balance with a GI MAP, to food sensitivity testing, to hormone and cortisol levels with DUTCH tests, to metabolic health, oxidative stress and vitamins with OAT. We can look at specific mutations like MTHFR or genetic blueprints. There are emerging tests for Lyme disease and tick borne illness (they’re much more common than you think).

I promise you don’t need more onesies at your baby shower, but you do need a doula! Consider asking for a group donation for your birth doula instead of more shower gifts. You will remember how you were treated and how you felt at your birth for the rest of your life!

I promise she doesn’t need another baby blanket and onesie. What she does need is support, care, advocacy and empowerment 🫶

Your birth team matters! Midwives have more training in vaginal breech birth than probably 99% of obgyns. Hospital transfers are not “unsuccessful homebirths.” From a 59 hour labor to a surprise breech preterm birth, Heather Hays Lemanski is ready for some rest.

2nd birth of 2026 ✅️ This little lady didn't want to wait until February, so it was a little too early for her to be born at home. The doctor and nurses were all shocked when she was coming bum first unexpectedly 🙃
Hospital providers should be required to take vaginal breech birth training!! Of course, I had to wear my 'with women, not the system' sweatshirt to the hospital 😉
