Join Licensed Massage Therapist Krista Ward on Wednesday, January 21, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Port Huron/Main Library for a sound meditation session using singing bowls. Reduce your stress and anxiety in this immersive sound experience. Bring your own mat, pillows, blankets, and bolster cushions for added comfort. The session will last approximately 30 minutes, followed by a period for questions and conversation.
