Holy moly, this week has flown by! I hope that everyone had a safe and fun Labor Day and great first days back to school for students, teachers, and parents! We are going to do our 🌿Monday Muses🌿 today, since time just keeps rolling on by 😆

This past week was the last full week of summer for a lot of us and now we are quietly slipping into the many blessings of fall! I am looking forward to the bright colors of the leaves, the chill in the air, perfect bonfire nights, cozy flannels, fam snuggles on the couch, and most of all, the calmness that fall brings. There is something about a big breath of fresh, crisp, cool fall air that evokes a sense of relief and eagerness to slow down and be present. Sometimes the hustle and bustle of summer fun can be so distracting and keep us up in the clouds. Fall has this…grounding feeling that reminds us to breathe and take care of ourselves… I am thankful to live in an area where the change autumn brings is so drastic compared to the summer months. It’s so beautiful 🍂🍁
