We’re hosting a sourdough bread cooking class Monday at 6pm with Mary Franks.

Learn to make your own bread step by step. You’ll get to take home the basic supplies and starter.

Price is $55, that includes: a plastic bowl they take home with their dough we make at class, flour, salt, instruction packet, a quart jar with sourdough starter for them to keep and maintain, access to my Google Drive folder and my ongoing support, a loaf or 2 to eat along with some other snacks.

Mary Franks is a lover of real food, fermenting, culturing, preserving, sourdough baking.
