Are you a people person who loves helping others smile—both in person and over the phone? Our friendly dental team is looking for someone who is motivated to make experiences with us special, be creative in how they approach customer service, be warm, organized, and detail-oriented and to be the welcoming face of our practice! This role is wayyy more than being a receptionist!!

What You’ll Do:
🦷 Greet patients with a smile and make them feel right at home
📅 Schedule appointments and manage our calendar efficiently
💬 Answer phones, emails, and patient questions with kindness and professionalism
💳 Handle insurance verification, billing, and payments
🤝 Support our dental team with smooth front-desk operations

What We’re Looking For:
• A positive attitude and genuine love for helping people
•Strong communication and multitasking skills
•Comfort with dental or medical office software (experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person!)
•Reliability, professionalism, and great attention to detail

Miley gets vacations too. This past week she ventured on her first camping adventure in the upper peninsula Swam in Lake superior, helped to catch fish, kept watchful nose out for bear on hikes and then campsite. She’s as good at camping as she is at working in the office.
