We started out the session with the importance of “healthy and safe” warm-up and stretching poses. Everyone played “Yoga-Freeze-Dance” and of course no yoga class can be complete without “Savasana”. Light relaxation with cooling eye masks. A perfect way to start the week. Namaste 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏼🧘🏽‍♂️
