Today, I’m joining my dear friend .lovingmoonvibes on IG Live for a distance Reiki & energy-healing share — and I’m holding this space with deep intention.

The human suffering in our country and across the world has always existed for the most vulnerable.

But in recent months, the terror has intensified — through war, forced displacement, and the brutality of systems that continue to criminalize, disappear, and strip people of their basic human rights, especially within immigration enforcement.

And still… so many of us are feeling the call to resist with love, presence, and care.
Sometimes we can show up physically on the front lines.

Sometimes we organize, speak out, and protect.
And sometimes — alongside all of that — we sit together in prayer, intention, and energetic solidarity.

This is not spiritual bypassing.
This is nervous-system care for a hurting world.
This is sacred resistance.

This is how healing becomes protection.
Today, you are invited to join us — whether you consider yourself spiritual or not.
