Congratulations to Catharine for completing the final course of postgraduate education through The McKenzie Institute!

The McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy is a well researched, evidence-based approach to treating the spine and extremities. Treatment is exercise based and the McKenzie Method promotes the body's potential to repair itself by correcting or improving the mechanics and thus decreasing or eliminating the pain and functional problems.

Our very own Michael will be participating in the upcoming play "Pets (and their humans)" performed by the Port Ludlow Players April 17-26 at the Bay Club. Michael's daughter Anja originally auditioned for the play and ended up bringing him along for the ride. We hope they break a leg, (and if they do, we will be here to help!)
