💡Sometimes the hardest part of an obstacle isn’t the obstacle itself.
📖 It’s the story we tell ourselves about it.
When something difficult happens, our minds often go straight to thoughts like:
“I can’t handle this.”
“This is too much.”
“I’m not strong enough for this.”
🧠The challenge is that our brains tend to look for evidence that our thoughts are true.
So when the story becomes “I can’t do this,” your brain begins collecting proof that you can’t.
Every challenge feels bigger.
Every hurdle feels higher.
❓But what if you paused and questioned that story?
What if you told yourself something different?
“I can handle this one step at a time.”
“I’ve gotten through hard things before.”
“I may not know how yet, but I can figure this out.”
