Jamican style callaloo patty 😍❤️‍🔥😋

We made these from scratch because one day the market had callaloo and we felt like cheffing! The filling is steamed callaloo, with sautéed bell peppers and onions and the perfect seasoning blend 😌

Even if you’re like us & you’re not trying to have babies, a healthy reproductive system is essential to a high quality life! It means balanced hormones, energy, sleep, and more!

Making your own squash seeds at home is sooo easy—simply save your seeds, clean, season, & bake in the oven. We’ve used seeds from kabocha, calabaza, butternut, honey nut, spaghetti, acorn, red kuri, & maybe another variety?? They’re all delicious!

You can keep it simple with sesame oil, sea salt, & dried papaya seeds—or spice it up with onion, fennel, cayenne, oregano—or even go sweet on ‘em with date/agave syrup, ceylon cinnamon, & clove!

Have you ever seen this Florida native?

This beautiful plant is the American version of goji berry—Lycium carolinianum aka Christmasberry ♥️

Our Christmasberry plants went crazy last year 🤪 (we still have a couple pounds frozen that we add into smoothies sometimes) and they’re probably gonna be even more prolific this year!

Such pretty little flowers that attract a bunch of pollinators in the later months of the year 🦋 🐝 🐞🪲
