Job Title: Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Location: Restorative Speech Services Inc.
Job Type: Part-time/Contract/Option to increase to Full Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist with at least one year of experience in a pediatric setting. The ideal candidate is dedicated to helping children achieve developmental milestones and improve their independence in daily activities, while working collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

🌟Evaluate and assess pediatric patients to develop individualized treatment plans
🌟Provide therapy services to address fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities
🌟Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support patient progress
🌟Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
🌟Adapt therapy interventions based on patient needs and outcomes
🌟Educate families on strategies to support development at home

Qualifications:

🌟Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in FL
🌟Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pediatric setting
🌟Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
🌟Excellent communication and organizational abilities
🌟Passion for working with children and families

Preferred Skills:

🌟Experience with sensory integration techniques
🌟Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
🌟Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic setting
