“Healing” by Thomas Insel is about the brokenness of America’s mental health care system and the long overdue path to healing. You may recognize him from an interview he did in my ketamine book. Insel is the nation’s expert on all things mental health and writes brilliantly on a topic that so desperately needs to be talked about. A must read for everyone!
