🤖 To AI or not to AI ❓️❓️

Like many of us, I started using AI innocently — sharpening blurry Zoom screenshots or adjusting small things like lighting, background, or even my T-shirt color.

But the result look like a freaking “Barbie version” of me 💅👸
According to beauty standards? Maybe better.
But… definitely not me.

The other day a friend took a photo of me with a super-strong phone camera — every pore included 😅 One picture looked like a tiny shrunken-head nightmare 😬

And it made me realize something:

The mirror, a phone camera, and AI all show different versions of us.

But the truth is — the most beautiful version of us will always be the real person standing in front of you.
The one looking into your eyes.
The one talking, laughing, moving, feeling, being alive.

A photo captures only one frozen moment.

Somewhere between a blurry Zoom screenshot and an AI “glow-up”, it becomes very easy to drift away from that reality.

I made a decision.
Going forward, I’ll do my best to keep things real, fearless, vulnerable, and badass — just the way I am in other areas of my life.

Instagram allows creators to label AI-edited images, and I’ve already gone back and labeled the posts where AI was used.
You’ll see the AI information right where Instagram shows the music or audio credit.

Don’t worry — I’m still not posting the absolute worst shrunken-head photos 😂

But I want this space to stay real.
