Residents enjoyed freehand winter-themed painting and participated in our well-known gingerbread house team-building activity. The classic gingerbread cottage emerged as the winner, standing tall. ❄️

Our staff Christmas party was so wonderful! We're grateful to those who attended and shared a meal with us. Our Corporate team kindly arranged for us to enjoy a meal from Chili’s and had prizes for our hard for team. We took photos to share a fun and festive message! 🎄 🎅

• The 1950s (The "Jingle Bell Sweater" Era): Christmas sweaters first appeared as a modest, festive fashion choice. They weren't meant to be "ugly"—just cozy and cheerful!
• The 1980s (The Sitcom Boom): Thanks to characters like Clark Griswold in National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation and various TV dads, the over-the-top, knit-heavy look became a holiday staple.
• The 2000s (The Irony Kick): In 2002, the first "Ugly Sweater Party" was hosted in Vancouver, Canada. It started as a joke among friends, but the trend exploded & people were raiding thrift stores for the most outrageous vintage knits they could find.
