Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA / NAC) Job Description:
Stafford Healthcare at Ridgemont is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA / NAC) to join our dynamic team at our Port Orchard location. Sign-on bonus if starting prior to 11/15/2021:
$2000.00 for 30+ hours per week
$1000.00 for 20-30 hours per week
50% paid out on first full pay period and the other 50% upon successful completion of 90 days

Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA / NAC) Responsibilities:
Resident care – Instill confidence and trust in residents in a competent and caring manner. Provide hygiene and daily living assistance. This could include toileting, bathing, assisting residents with showers and medication, and escorting residents to and from activities and meals.
Professional development – Maintain any specialized training and, if applicable, perform additional and specialized tasks pertinent to the assigned resident or area.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA / NAC) Requirements:
Must have a current Washington State Nursing Assistant Certified license in good standing
Must pass a criminal background check
Must meet all Washington Administrative Code (WAC) requirements related to this position
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to read/write in English, and have excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, and lift 50 pounds
High school diploma or equivalent
