Wishes that you are bestowed with self reflection and peace so that you keep compassion, empathy and grace towards yourselves and all living beings in the coming year. May you practice mercy.
Remain steadfast and firece in your resolve to stand up and speak out for equality, justice and human decency for all regardless of ethnicity, faith, income, gender identity, or your perception of someone's immigration status. May you practice empathy.
I hope that you treat everyone in your community with love and kindness as you would want others to treat, talk and feel about you and truly mean it. May you practice grace.
Remember how you act towards others is a reflection of your own insecuries, how you feel about yourself... I wish for all to acknowledge, work to heal from wounds not discussed. May contemplation help you grow to be a better friend to yourself, your family and community. May you practice peace.
