The way the morning sun glitters on the mouth of the bay.
The smell of the saltwater when it’s still cool and quiet.
The joy of seeing people being happy to see me again.
The very cool community I am building with other small businesses. ❤️

I had a late appointment with Alkaline Beauty tonight. 🥰

Y’all know me. I don’t do hair appointments anymore. If I couldn’t do it myself, it didn’t happen. And no I didn’t cover my grey. But….i DID lose several inches☺️
She kept the color off my scalp and skin and gave gentle blending affect to soften the harsh line. Very little.

The silver still rides y’all. She still rides. Will I make it another three months? We shall see. I’m too tired for photos. Tomorrow. If I remember. 😌😘

We worked extra hard this week.

And by we, I mean all four of us. Elaina and Ethan were in there every day. Whether it was cooking dinner or weeding the plants and mulching outside, the kids really stepped up this week for us!

We are exhausted. And accomplished. And excited. 😜 I may or may not be experiencing some anxiety about Sunday. Duh!!
I’m a creature of comfort and I like routine. This was rough and I’m pretty much at the finish line for the reward. But I grumped the whole time! 😆🥴🥰

Today I prep my self care items and our cooler. Fold the laundry, clean up from neglecting our home for the last couple weeks. And then it’s go time, AGAIN! ❤️
