I slept sooooo good last night!!! I felt relaxed and restful. I was tired so I knew I wouldn’t need much help but this tea was DELICIOUS!!!!

As the flowers come in and dry, I’ll be packaging them up for YOU to try. They were phenomenal fresh but dry is pretty tasty as well!

And it’s so beautiful! 😍 (I did honey and a splash of lactose free milk, no lemon or lavender this time)

This will be our only event this weekend!
We’re winding down for the season and we will have fewer dates moving forward. We have picked up some indoor events sporadically throughout the summer and will announce those as they arrive!

The is a first time venue for us and we hope you’ll be glad to have us! See y’all Saturday! If the temperature is willing to stay mild, we will have the whole skincare line this weekend!

This is your friendly reminder that some of your autoimmune and chronic pain friends don’t fair well with extra adrenaline.

April fools for them isn’t funny. It’s being startled or scared by a lie and now your body doesn’t know the difference between reality and perceived reality. Adrenaline spikes pain. Once it spikes it can’t be undone, adding extra weight to the pain they’re already experiencing.

And personally, I will fight you if you add to my pain. 🤣👀🤨
