It's letters like this one that keep me on track, and reassure me that what D&M does for our Seniors is unbeatable. When I say "with us you're family" I say it from the heart. Saying goodbye to a client in their final hours leaves me with heartache, but I can rest easy knowing that the care myself, and my team gave them was the best out there. My Seniors hold a special place in my heart, and that will last a lifetime.

We hired Michelle because we were unhappy with the level of care my grandmother was receiving from a local agency. Michelle came highly recommend to me from people in the field. Michelle and her team stepped right in and performed above expectations. Unfortunately my grandmother was nearing the end when Michelle started and I don't think any of us were ready for the transition. Michelle did not hesitate when it came to some of the less pleasant tasks that were asked of her. She faithfully covered during holidays when our primary caregiver needed time off, if our primary care giver called in Michelle covered, and in the last days she refused to leave unless she new someone was there with Gram. November is a month of reflection and gratitude. Every day in this month you should say one thing you are greatful for, and fill your heart with warmth and love.
Today I am greatful to have experienced love and compassion of our Seniors. Nothing compares to the wisdom and knowledge only our senior community can bring. Every day my heart is full ♡
