Here's some more about Ellie:
Ellie Summers is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern in the state of Florida, providing compassionate client centered care through secure telehealth services and in person sessions. She specializes in supporting individuals with substance use challenges, severe mental health diagnoses, depression, anxiety and trauma, using evidence-based approaches in both outpatient and acute care settings. Ellie also enjoys working with children, young adults and utilizes play therapy techniques to build rapport and encourage creativity within her clients.
Ellie earned her Master of Social Work Degree from Walden University. Her therapeutic approach blends cognitive-behavioral therapy with complementary techniques to address complex challenges and promote growth. Ellie focuses on meeting her clients where they are, assists them in building coping skills and increasing insight to work toward meaningful and lasting change. Ellie is passionate about guiding clients to recognize their resilience and strengths, to overcome their challenges to build a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Ellie is seeing clients in their homes (Pasco and Hernando county only) or online (state of florida). She works with children and adults. She accepts some insurances and self pay.
