I decided to start out by getting my toes wet! This week I am going to be giving a few private sound healing sessions. I was at Wicked Fitness with Lauren Calloway last Saturday. We had a wonderful evening filled with Yoga and Sound Vibrations.

Hello! I hope everyone is doing well. I know these are difficult times for a lot of people. So I've decided to offer a meditation session with the singing bowls to help people relax and release stress. Why wait when for a small fee you could treat yourself to something special now? The vibrations from the Singing Bowls pe*****te every cell of your body allowing your body to release stress. You will leave feeling relaxed rejuvenated and all brand new🙂. So if you're interested I will be at Wicked Fitness in Myrtle Beach at 6 p.m. on the 18th of October. Please come at least 5 to 10 minutes early to secure your spot. My dear friend / colleague Lauren will be offering Centle Flow Yoga, I will be offering a meditation with the Singing Bowls, I believe we are going to have a surprise guest as well. In the meantime I hope you enjoy this relaxing photo. Just close your eyes relax and imagine yourself feeling a nice breeze as you sit by the river. I invite you to take some long slow deep breaths, with every exhale allow the stress to leave your body, as it floats away and dissipates into nothing. Enjoy

My summer was amazing! I canceled all my classes, the ones I was going to take and the ones I was going to give. I Spent My Summer in yoga teacher training with Megan Howe, she is an amazing teacher. She is fun, compassionate, and highly unintelligent. The classes the little challenging, but it was so worth it though, it was so rewarding . I had a wonderful time and learned a lot. I am a better person for it. I strongly suggest if anyone wants to become a yoga instructor that they take Megan's classes. Megan will be starting a new class the weekend of November 8th, classes will be held at Effervescence Yoga studio at 1613 Paris Avenue in Port Royal.

We had a lovely day today painting daffodils at the Zen Den with Jennifer Ojulewa. Everyone did a spectacular job. Our youngest artist was very creative she painted her lower daffodils in a variety of colors. Absolutely beautiful.
