Big milestone for New Horizon Primary Care.

Please join us in congratulating Emily Tezak, APRN and Christian Cox, APRN on receiving their Autonomous Nurse Practitioner Licensure in Florida.

With this achievement, New Horizon Primary Care is now a fully autonomous nurse practitioner led team committed to expanding access to high quality primary care in our community.

This accomplishment reflects years of dedication, training, and service to our patients. We are incredibly proud of Emily and Christian and excited for the future of nurse practitioner led care.

We also want to recognize that this milestone would not have been possible without the incredible support and mentorship of their collaborating physician, Dr. Gupta. His guidance and partnership played an important role in helping them reach this point.
