OUR CANCELLATION POLICY “Due to the increase in last minute cancellations and reschedules, I have implemented a new cancellation policy. ELAINE BEAUTY SPA will now require a credit/debit card to hold your appointment. It will not be charged unless your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before your appointment. Please remember I am running a business, and work by appointment only. Less than 24 hours cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled services, No Shows will be charged the full scheduled service. Thank you for understanding.”
