Down to Earth Yoga Studio has been serving the community since 2011. Our roots are strong and deep. We have weathered the storms of life with you and survived during the pandemic together maneuvering through times of uncertainty. We continue to survive and thrive and look forward to continuing to serve our community with a safe healing space of refuge and a space for us to grow together as a community. Yoga is about coming home to ourselves and remembering our home as we ride the waves of life sailing through the high and low tides. We are honored to be a vessel in this journey of life to serve you. Heartfelt thanks for being part of our community.

At Down to Earth Yoga, our mission is to help people of all ages, fitness levels, and walks of life relieve stress, achieve self-awareness, open deeper body-mind connections, and surrender to the gift of the present moment through regular, intentional yoga and meditation grounded in respect, integrity, and self-love. Our many classes and workshops are offered in a quiet, calming space that inspires peace, balance, and transformation, and our nurturing staff provides personalized instruction to ensure you’re getting the most from every session. We first opened our doors in 2012, and since then, we’ve been truly overwhelmed by the love, support, and community that’s been cultivated here. We invite you to join us.
