Since I have not been successful selling Journey's Retreat through a realtor, I am now personally trying to sell it.
Because I will not need to pay a realtor's fee, I can offer the home at a much better price.
My most recent realtor had me list the home for $349,900.00 (I had spent over $500,000.00 building and furnishing it). Now I am offering it-as is- at $305,000.00

I recently told you that my friend, Fernando P, has taken over the sale of my log home in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia.
Fernando is now with a real estate firm that specializes i International sales. He feels there is a definite market for my log home not only in the States, but also abroad. He will be marketing the home in and around Washington DC as well in Europe and South America.
I wish him well.

I am so happy that 2 more friends are joining our Team. Jim and his wife Tammy have been friends for many years and have been customers of ours for over 5 years. They have recently made the decision to make some extra money by joining us. They already love the product line, so it will be easy for them to refer their family and friends to THE Best product line in the marketplace.
I am really excited about Alexandra. She lives in Chicago and is a very successful entrepreneur. I find many women are very talented in network marketing. Macky has recently joined our Team, and it looks like she might be one of the fastest developers of a business within our group.
Macky is originally from Columbia, and has many Spanish speaking friends in the community.
She was challenged last week to enroll 8 new customers before the end of August, and she is definitely on schedule to get the $500.00 award for her hard work.
Not only will she be thrilled with the extra money, she will also be thrilled knowing these new customers will be receiving the very best, safest consumer products in the marketplace. Macky is really helping people enhance their lives and in doing so , earning additional income.
My bet is on Macky achieving her goal of helping 8 new customers have better, safer, and in most cases, less expensive products.
