Believe it or not it’s time to go back to school! ⁣⁣
Here’s a few tips for an amazing year:⁣⁣
⁣⁣
1. Choose the right backpack! Chose one with wide, padded shoulder straps and a waist strap for weight distribution. Always wear both straps and make sure the backpack is sitting in the middle of the back. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
2. Physical activity! Sitting for long periods at a desk really affects posture and overall well-being. Participate in regular exercise such as walking, stretching, biking, or any other sporting event. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
3. Nutrition: Stay hydrated and prioritize protein! Making sure snacks have nutritional value to keep energy levels up all day. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
4. Sleep! Getting a full nights sleep is so important. Go to bed early to ensure 8 hours! ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
5. Chiropractic care: Schedule regular visits with Dr. Steven!
