The AOTA Occupational Therapy Curriculum Design Framework (OTCDF) outlines essential steps for creating and revising effective occupational therapy curricula. This mixed-methods study evaluates the impact of a seven-hour OTCDF Workshop on faculty confidence in curriculum design, combining pre- and post-data from ten workshops conducted between 2022-2024 (n=240). Developing student competence with electronic documentation is essential for effective Fieldwork preparation. This study provides outcomes of an evidence-based learning activity that can be readily adapted across occupational therapy programs to build clinical reasoning and documentation skills. 100% of students reported valuing the ICE Video Cases and documentation in DocuLearn!
