Releasing what no longer serves under this Full "Buck" Super Moon in Capricorn. 🌕 ♑️
Shedding old beliefs, thought patterns, and negative emotions to make room for the things that help me to ascend to my highest self. With he moon in Capricorn we are given the ferocious energy to go after the goals we set the beginning of the year while internally giving ourselves the love to nuture ourselves, rest when needed, be playful, do the things that make us happy.
While it seems like this could be a balancing act at times the best place to start is within. Start the day by placing your hands on your heart center and taking a few deep breaths. Affirm "I love myself unconditionally. I am the best version of myself today. I am Divinely supported". Step into your power today. Feel your crown grow, like the stag, under this "buck" moon.
