if you’ve been feeling off lately… this is probably why
you’re starting strongthen falling off a few days later
grabbing whatever is easysnacking without thinkingtelling yourself you’ll “be better tomorrow”
and with holidays coming up… it’s easy to just say - I’ll deal with it after
I see this all the time
it’s not that you don’t know what to doit’s that nothing is sticking
so instead of starting over againthis is where I’d start
clean it upkeep it simplestay consistent
even when life is busyeven with holidays
that’s what I work on with my clients inside clean slate
we start april 20
if you’ve been feeling this, message me

What I’ve actually been eating lately.
Every meal has protein and fiber. That’s it. That’s the focus. Homemade!
Nothing complicated. If you take a little time to food shop properly and do a bit of planning, it’s honestly very doable. The air fryer makes it quick and easy with barely any cleanup.
Why this matters.
Protein keeps you full. It protects muscle, supports bone health, and helps keep your blood sugar steady.
Fiber rich carbs from fruits and vegetables keeps your digestion moving, supports your immune system, and helps reduce inflammation.
Add healthy fats like chia flax nuts avo and olive oil and you have meals that satisfy you and actually make you feel good after.
This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about awareness and a little intention.
And yes, I always include something sweet once in a while.
Flourless chocolate brownies made with Dark Chocolate Covered Pistachios with Sea Salt and cottage cheese for more protein!
Recipe coming soon.

The breakfast that changed everything for me.
I didn’t stop eating breakfast.
I upgraded it.
I used to eat oatmeal.Oatmeal is not a bad food. But at this stage, my body just doesn’t metabolize it the way it used to.
I was getting hungrier sooner. My energy dipped. And I started noticing a little belly bulge that wasn’t there before.
Nothing extreme. Just enough to know something needed to shift.
So I moved to a high protein chia pudding instead.
Recipe:
2 cups unsweetened milk of choice6 tablespoons chia seeds, you can mix in basil seeds1 scoop vanilla protein powder, I use 1 scoop PB PureCinnamonMix well and refrigerate overnight
Serve with berries and Greek yogurt.
This breakfast provides me:
Stable energyProtein and fiber help keep blood sugar steady.
True fullness30 plus grams of protein and high fiber keeps me satisfied for hours.
More controlLess snacking. Fewer cravings. A flatter, less inflamed belly.
It’s not about cutting foods out. It’s about adjusting as your body changes.
Small shift. Big difference.
