Recently, our seniors spent the afternoon spreading love where it matters most ❤️

They had so much fun creating handmade Valentine’s cards for our veterans as a small token of appreciation for their service and sacrifice. From heartfelt messages to lots of creativity, every card was made with gratitude and love.

We are so proud of our residents for giving back and reminding us all that a little kindness goes a long way—especially to those who have given so much for us. 💕✨

Happy National Activity Professionals Week! 🎉💙

Today, we’re excited to spotlight Kim, a valued member of our Life Enrichment team. Kim has been with Heritage for three years, and her love for engaging residents shines through in everything she does.

Her favorite activity to lead is Trivia, which residents absolutely love and always look forward to. Outside of work, Kim’s favorite role is being a grandma—she treasures spending time with her grandchildren baking and doing activities together. 🍪👵 A fun fact about Kim—she remodeled a 1903 Victorian home into a bed and breakfast and owned and operated it in Port Washington for several years!
