Rise and shine, friends! For today’s Meet the Teachers Monday we meet Sharon! You can practice Yin Yoga with Sharon on Wednesdays at 7:00pm. With long held, low to the ground postures, Yin yoga targets our connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia, to help increase flexibility while also promoting a calm and meditative state. Yin Yoga is great for relieving tension and stress, making it both physically and mentally restorative. All levels welcome! ☀️🙏💫

Join Joanne, Laurence Levy and Shannon Shields for THE FLUID WOMAN this Saturday October 25 from 4:00-5:30pm. This experiential and lecture based class will guide women in all the different seasons of life. Laurence will be sharing breath techniques, Shannon will be speaking to nutrition on the plate, and Joanne will be teaching nervous system regulation through yoga and inquiry. You do not not need a yoga practice to join, this is for any woman who wants to live a more fluid life! 🙏❤️

Sharing two amazing events coming up at YL - this Sunday October 19th you can join Dena for a sound bath at 4pm and on Saturday October 25th at 4pm Joanne, Laurence, and Shannon team up for The Fluid Woman, an experiential and lecture-based class that will guide women in all the different stages of life - one does not need a yoga practice to join, this is for any woman who wants to live a more fluid life!☀️🙏💫
