Rise and shine, friends! For today’s Meet the Teachers Monday we meet Sharon! You can practice Yin Yoga with Sharon on Wednesdays at 7:00pm. With long held, low to the ground postures, Yin yoga targets our connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia, to help increase flexibility while also promoting a calm and meditative state. Yin Yoga is great for relieving tension and stress, making it both physically and mentally restorative. All levels welcome! ☀️🙏💫
