It was a great almost 12 years!
I still remember taking 2 months to get this place looking like it does here! Every square inch of drywall was sanding after filling hundreds of holes and fixing all the imperfections! Tom had the huge task of fixing the 3/4 gap in the ceiling after we had all 5 of the florescent light fixed removed! I remember walking in one time to a cloud of dust so thick it was hard to see! LOL. But when we finished....I felt on top of the world and had so much pride in the job we did!

This was a a special and sacred place for me! I had it blessed by our pastor, I had Lindsey come and smudge it for me and I had Bridget and Brenda do a walk thru for me and the upstairs apartment! I was there for 5 different tenants upstairs and 4 neighboring businesses. I'm so grateful for all the clients that walked through that door and for friends and family that came to hang out! I appreciate Dr Tracy Bretl for staying there wirh me when we were shut down... she was the reason I made it through that craziness!

This is a wonderful space that someone will be luck to take over! It is 2 rooms with about 450sqft and shared entry and bathroom, of you are interested, I'll connect you with the owner! I'm so greatful for the time I had there.

I'm excited for my new location and next chapter (which is still a work in progress!) LOL Stay tuned in for the progress happening at 184 E Pier St!🥰
