At Heritage Health Services, our goal is to create an environment that affords our residents the opportunity to be a partner in the care they receive, to develop trusting relationships with our caregivers, and to reach their highest level of independence. We are proud to be active members of the Port Washington Chamber of Commerce, Grafton Chamber of Commerce and the Port Washington-Saukville Rotary Club. We serve on several committees that further support senior care including Dementia Friendly Ozaukee County, Ozaukee County Care Connection, and the Ozaukee County Senior Conference.
