Our advanced training is officially underway, and we’re so excited to share our progress with you. Classes are going incredibly well — our first module focused on self‑care techniques and how to teach you simple ways to support your body at home between sessions.

We’re also deep into learning Lymphatic Drainage Massage, and we can’t wait to bring these new skills into the studio soon.
