Happy Thursday!
We would like to briefly remind you all to hug your loved ones. I know this sounds like a pretty mediocre topic to discuss, but a hug can symbolize a lot of things. Love, comfort, care, concern... a hug can be symbolic in a lot of important ways, and sometimes people need one more than you think. Make sure to always keep an eye out for those you care about most, and please don't forget to demonstrate love to those who are closest, as you may be the key decider in whether their day is good or bad. Happy Wednesday/April Fools' Day! 😃
There will always be moments where we may doubt our own capabilities. It's ok to understand our limitations and what we can't do but remember that it should never stop us from accomplishing what we can't do. The sad part about life is that there we always be certain things we can't achieve. Whether it be wanting to be a runner with a leg issue, or wanting to be a surgeon with tremors, the sad reality is that there will always be things we may not be able to do, and that's ok. What matters most is we don't let it distance us from what we can do. We will continue to do what we can do for our wonderful clients, and we hope that you too, will do what you can to obtain true happiness and contentment.

Today I would like to briefly remind you all of the importance of caring for your elderly. I know this seems biased, given our profession is providing home care, but it's really important to be there for your elderly when they need you most. It's a great gift to live through life knowing that there is someone there for you when you are at your most vulnerable, so when that time comes and you are needed to help your loved one when they are older, remember to care for them in the same wonderful ways that they cared for you. Remember to demonstrate your love and appreciation for them each and every day, the same way we will to our clients through our constant home care and support. There will be moments in your life where you will find someone you do or don't know who is in a time of need, and in those moments, you have a choice. A choice between taking a step forward and helping or staying in place and not. Just remember that there is always someone who is struggling more, so don't be afraid to help out if you are willing and able. Showing people that there is hope for help through generosity and care can help pave a pathway to redemption for those who need it most.

Today I've been quite poorly rested, so I'd like to quickly remind you all of the importance of a good sleep schedule. Sleep is an integral part of our being, and being well-rested is imperative to a happy and healthy lifestyle. Poor or lacking rest leads to hand eye coordination weakening, fatigue, low energy, memory issues, mood shifts, and can even cause harmful neurotoxins to accumulate in your brain. Please remember to try and sleep decently each night, and don't be ashamed if you need specific methods to help sleep. Take melatonin, count sheep, adjust your bed setup, and even speak to a doctor if needed. We hope you all have a great day and hopefully spend your days well-rested and happy! 🌙💫

Today I would like to briefly tell you about the importance of understanding. Many things that happen in life can be best handled with understanding. When someone makes a mistake, or when someone does something you don't agree with, it is important to try and gauge why they did what they did. Context is incredibly important when providing support and understanding why something happened can not only ensure that you can learn the root cause of a problem, but the root cause of a good thing too. Well, we have once again made it to the end of the weekend, and today I'd like to ask you all to take a moment to meditate. I know it sounds crazy, but even just a few minutes spent with your eyes closed, dreaming of a field of flowers or something else that soothes you can work wonders on your mental health. Sometimes when you are stressed, you may see more with your eyes closed, so don't forget to step back, breathe, and focus on your own mental wellbeing from time to time. Stress is a great motivator, but it can be a dangerous demotivator when not handled properly.
