If you have blood work done, know that medical standards might not be YOUR standards. The medical standards are created by looking at “normal” Americans. (First clue- Do you want the health of a NORMAL AMERICAN?) Here is an example: If you’d like to know your vitamin D level, you would ask for a "Vitamin D 25 Hydroxy” test. The medical standards for this test are from 25-100. So your level could be at 25 or 100 and you’d be told that your levels are “normal”/good. I believe the standard for OPTIMAL health should be considered between closer to 55-90. I have never seen a really healthy person below 55… What are your levels?
